SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

HEADBAND RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept returns on any item that arrives damaged or does not meet the standards listed in our product descriptions. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.  You must message us to get an authorization before returning anything.

**Please note we are not responsible the shipping costs to return/exchange a product back to us. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Generally, international shipments arrive in a timely manner but SOMETIMES experience shipping delays due to customs and logistics out of our control.  We are not responsible for delayed or lost international packages one they have been shipped. 

HEADBAND DISCLAIMER:
We take pride in making each headband by hand.  Slight variances may be evident in fabric print due to the print scale of the fabric.  Colors of our products may translate differently on various types of user devices. 

SHIRT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our shirts run true to size (please read specifics in our product descriptions). Because of this, we do not accept returns due to sizing on our shirts. If for any reason you receive a damanged or flawed product, let us know and we are more than happy to make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY:
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout.  If you email us and we see it in time, we will gladly adjust it for you but if it ships before your email is seen we aren't responsible.  PLEASE double check your address before you submit your order.
